During registration, Players are required to provide accurate and complete information including their full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. This information must correspond to the identity documents provided during the KYC verification process.
W2Win implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as condition of withdrawal. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit:

W2Win accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following approved payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods. Deposits are generally credited to the Player's account within minutes of transaction confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete. Approved withdrawals via DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet typically process within 5to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business hour. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network processing times.
W2Win reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Player will be notified and may be required to provide additional documentation.
Players are solely responsible for providing accurate withdrawal account details. W2Win accepts no liability for funds incorrectly directed due to Player-supplied errors in payment information.
W2Win offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are disclosed at the time the promotion is offered.
The following general conditions apply to all W2Win bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
W2Win's birthday bonus program provides tier-based birthday rewards from MYR 188 (Bronze tier) to MYR 2,688 (VIP tier). These are credited automatically during the Player's birthday month, subject to account verification and activity conditions. The referal program pays MYR 38 for each qualifying referral with no cap on total referrals earned.
All games available on the W2Win platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules apply to that specific game, and these Terms apply to all other matters.
W2Win's games are sourced from certified third-party providers whose random number generators are independently audited for fairness and compliance. Published RTP figures for slot games are accurate as provided by the game developer. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-time physical actions in compliance with studio operating procedures.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or other malfunction during gameplay, W2Win will use reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the matter fairly. Bets placed during a confirmed technical malfunction may be voided. W2Win's decision on such matters is final and binding.
For Sports Betting, all bets are accepted in accordance with W2Win's sportsbook rules, which cover markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA competitions, UFC events, and other events featured on the Platform. Bet settlement follows the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the W2Win platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights over any Platform content.
Players must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any W2Win content without prior written authorisation from W2Win.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, W2Win and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms limits W2Win's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by W2Win's gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.
W2Win collects and processes personal data in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected by W2Win is used exclusively for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and service improvement. W2Win does not sell personal data to third parties.
Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting W2Win's customer support team. W2Win will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable data protection obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which W2Win is registered and operates. Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia agree that any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or their use of the Platform shall first be referred to W2Win's customer support team for resolution.
W2Win commits to handling disputes fairly and transparently. Player complaints can be submitted via live chat, WhatsApp, or email to the customer support team. W2Win targets an initial response to all formal complaints within 24 hours.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through W2Win's internal complaints process, the Player may seek resolution through applicable consumer protection channels available in Malaysia.
